What to do first?

Step 1:

Take a photograph of yourselves, as a team, and upload it into the blog. Then write a short bio about yourselves as a team. What makes you powerful as a team?

Look in the Team Account Section for info on how to do this this step.

Ask one of the facilitators to help you if you get stuck :)

Step 2:

As a team, sit down and work through the Culture Print exercise. Your facilitator will have briefed you on this. Once you have done this , summarise the outcomes of this exercise on the blog. Look in the Communication Centre for more info on this. You will see that you can comment in there, under each topic.

Step 3:

Create a snapshot of your News Clip in the Newspaper section. Perhaps use it as teaser to entice people to watch your news report later in the day. You can see you can add a photograph as well as headings and a few paragraphs. Plan this well as a team.

Step 4:

You will have a chance to create other topics for discussion and share your solutions on the Blog in the Communication Centre. You may decide to create a new topic for discussion or alternatively comment on what other teams have posted.

REMEMBER: Keep your comments solution driven. We are looking for good ideas, contributions and views on how we can really deliver on the strategy we heard presented today. We are looking for your heart-felt feelings on what we should value as true at an individual level, at a team level and at an organisational level.

Put simply...what do you believe we need to do as a team to empower South Africans, and in so doing help give FNB true competitive advantage in the market place?
